当院では健康保険証をお持ちでない方（日本国籍・外国籍を問わず）、または海外在住で保険証がご利用いただけない方の診療については、保険診療費用の1.2倍 を自費にてご負担いただきます。
これは、通常の保険診療における診療報酬請求ができないため、実費相当分を補填する目的の取り扱いです。

At our clinic, patients who do not have valid Japanese health insurance (including both Japanese nationals living overseas and foreign nationals) will be charged 1.2 times the standard insured medical fee.
